My friends kept talking about Chimu and how delicious their meals are so I went this past Sunday. Small restaurant, minimally designed. I looked at their menu online at menupages and it was accurate except the prices were about $5 more each dish in reality. I tried the mixed seafood ceviche $14ish (slightly too salty), basil spaghetti with steak $17 (basically spagetti with pesto sauce- too bland, steak was not of very good quality- not very well seasoned), sangria $6/glass (just ok- only apples and oranges used as fruit). Overall a very mediocre experience, but that may have stemmed from the fact I was expecting a lot. I imagined more bold and succulent and what I got was bland. Meats were slightly tough; their seasonings were slightly off. I may try again and give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an off-night for them.
Cons: Price too high for quality of food
