I am a older woman on a fixed income who needed some help keeping my house clean because i just cant keep it up any more. WELL ,i hired the cleaning authority to help me . I could have done a better job myself with a blindfold on and when i called and complained the female owner acted like she was to busy to deal with me and handed me off to her husband and he was even ruder then she was. I dont know about everybody but i dont want to be treated like royalty, just a little respect. The cleans were just as awful as the bedside manner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Pros: Ok let me not be optimistic ....they looked professional ..to bad there additudes and cleans didnt match.
Cons: THEY CANT CLEAN AND ARE RUDE
