I was attracted to the stylish decor of this salon, trendy looking staff and friendly receptionist - so I deceided to book an appointment. I was very nervous (as I've just moved from Australia) and have had the same, brilliant stylist for 10 years. The gal had no interest in hearing about what I wanted and did what she wanted. It turned out worse than what I walked in with, very ashy and re-growth looked darker than my natural color. The owner was very friendly and Bertina fixed the color - so I re-booked with her. My next appointment she was incredibly rude and said she can do the color she wants, or I can leave - so I left. Very dissapointing!
