I have been getting bikini waxes for at least 10 years now, both in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and I know the difference between a bad bikini wax and a good bikini wax. I expected a nice, upscale salon like Trilogy to have experienced aestheticians who knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The brazilian wax I received was excruciating. It took over 30 minutes (a good one in my experience takes about 10 minutes max) and the result was a very painful wax with more ingrown hairs than I have ever had in the past, post-waxing. I would not recommend Trilogy Spa to my worst enemy for a waxing.
