Long time customer, first time review. I have been enjoying Ruiz since the late 70's. There simply is no comparison, as i consider myself an expert in Mexican food I have tried many others mom and pop and the chains alike and ruiz consistantly comes out on top! Love the service I recieve at the bar from Bene......keep up the good work my man! 4 years ago I moved just north of Columbia, Mo. and I have yet to find anything my pallet desires within 20 miles of here. We have some recognizable names such as El maguey and other mom and pop places but nothing even on the same planet as ruiz. So needless to say every time I go back home to St. Charles I Pay ruiz a visit and cannot wait for my next plate of burritos or tostadas and of course, a chili con queso to get things started!!!!! WOW THIS IS MAKING ME VERY HUNGRY!!! Thanks for all the great memories and all future dining experiences to all who work at Ruiz. From: Tom in Centralia, Mo.
