Take a bottomless bowl of crispy chips and home-made salsa, add a huge plate of tender tamales or crunchy beef-filled tacos, wash it down with a delicious salty-rimmed margarita, and you've got a Mexican meal fit for a king (or a family of 5, as we do!). The portions are large, the prices can't be beat (as in, we bring the whole family and still leave with money in our pockets), the servers are friendly (and know us by name now!) and the owners bend over backwards for the community and their customers, with coupons galore, fund-raisers and an overall welcoming atmosphere, not to mention the flowers that decorate the front patios are just beautiful! We're not only loyal customers, but we feel like family when we walk in the door. Florissant is lucky to have Ruiz!
