A friend and I were at Wild Ginger for the first time last week and since we didn't know any of the dishes we asked the waitress to suggest a representative array of appetizers and a main course. All dishes somehow imitated meat. The preparation style may be best described as creative Pan-Asian. But what really amazed us was the fact that each dish actually tasted much better than meat. Succulent, flavorful, satisfying - every good adjective to think of about meat - it was there. Plus, the added benefit of eating (more) healthy. What's not to like?
Pros: great place to play tricks on the most diehard meatlovers
