This is a small company where the owners are directly involved in the day to day business. They are honest and do their best to give old fashioned customer service. They are better at email responses than phone, responses, but when they give their word, they keep it. They do not add a bunch of extras once a contract is signed unless additional work is needed or if a major change occurs. They are helpful in assisting the client find and purchase their tile. They work using a contract always and are upfront with the terms.
