Mr. Clark is not a very good business man. He doesn't believe in giving a person a second chance. Which I found out that is just another way of keeping what he feels is a legal way to be prejudice. In Brunswick, the economy is not growing as rapidly as countries such as Chatham, Ware or MCIntosh. The reason why these countries are growing is because they will allow a person a second chance or at least to establish a foundation for their families. So if you don't have prefect credit do not rent from Mr. Clark but you can purchase only to foreclose very soon. So again Mr. Clark, thank you for your minium support.
