I established a contract and under their terms my account was not to increase as long as I am a continual memeber. So the case is that every time I renew my account the staff insists that the offer is no longer available and I must take whatever the current offer is as If I have never been a customer and I get that same treatment every time I try to renew. The gym staff says that I am correct and must speak to Tabitha in billing, yet the person that answers Marie or Marina says that Tabitha has the discretion not to return my call and refuses to transfer me to her. Can anyone call this customer service? I have been a member for over 6 years and planned to continue being so, but the treatment to a customer is absolutely condescending. Just wait till you have to renew your contract. The joy of a good bargain is far outlasted by poor service.
