i ordered a king size bed for more than $2k. the delivery guys broke the headboard on the way into my apartment, and dispatched someone to come fix it and then began setting up the bed, only to find that their warehouse had sent a queen frame. it took the warehouse 1&1/2 hrs of my time to finally tell me that they would have to reorder the king size frame and it would take about 2wks. when i told the warehouse mgr that i was unsure if i wanted to wait that long he said ""well hurry up and make a decision, because my guys need to make another delivery""!! i held on to the bed, accepted a substitute frame and called the customer svc dept to see what was going on. nobody returned that day to fix the frame, which is still broken (3wks later), nor did anyone in cust svc return my call. Pros: decent furniture Cons: you will never be able to purchase it without rudeness or hassle more
