I recently called to make an appointement with my stylist (who is no longer there), and whoever answered the phone was so rude to me, I will not be back. I might have considered sticking with Studio 201, but not after this. I'll take my business elsewhere. That is no way to treat people, bad day or not - there is something to be said about customer service these days, and it was most definitely lacking. I wouldn't be surprised if, without an attitude adjustment, Studio 201 doesn't make it very much longer. How sad.
