When I first moved to Lake Oswego I decided I'd try each of the salons in the area. I got through four of them before I went to Volero, and haven't tried another one since. I'm a 'no-fuss' hair sort of person, and Victor works with that incredibly well, helping me look great without much effort on my part. I am greeted like both an old friend and a valued guest, and I always leave there smiling. I feel comfortable with my 'highly recommended' rating -- Victor and the entire staff deserve it, as far as I'm concerned.
