I called volero late in the day and Ashly was the only one still there. Two days prior someone had butchered my hair! I wont mention where it was that I had previously went either. From the beginning I was treated kindly, over the phone and when I finally arrived at Volero. Ashly had offered to stay late to help me. When I walked in I automatically was greeted and offered refreshments. I put a gown on and then proceeded to have a very thorough consultation with Ashly. She listened very well. We then went on to the shampoo(which was soooooo good!) Then she took her time with my hair even though it was late. And after she dried my hair she then went through my hair while it was dry and checked to make sure it looked great when styled. She even explained to me how to style my hair how she did it. She reccomened me an awesome product for my hair also. I had a perfect experience with Ashly at Volero Salon, I highly reccomend you all go see her.
