I rate the service level of TCOA as 100+++++. I received the highest level of satisfaction from TCOA regarding customer service and satisfaction, and the highest level of workmanship. My car is doing excellent now that TCOA worked on it and I am pleased with the level of service I received. The staff seems very concerned in my opinion of their service and I appreciate that. I think this may be the best place I have ever taken my car. I have received a thank you card for my patronage and also a follow up call regarding my opinion of the level of customer service I received. OUTSTANDING is how I describe my experience with this company.
