Okay - the court is in dire straits (not the band - look it up if you have to) - delays cost all parties significant dollars as the attorneys, psychologists, GALS ring in the cash. Some judges hear cases they aren't qualified for - some can't recuse themselves when needed. File anywhere else but here or I advise you to be prepared for many years of waiting and possible bankruptcy.
