We had a party of two on a busy friday night. The host and waitress want you to feel honor to be at such a place. Waitress that we had should have worked at a Fridays. Drinks were $10-12 for just ok cocktail. I had the lemon rosemary martini and it tasted more like cough syrup than a refreshing drink. We had an assortment of tapas ranged from $10-$15. You will definitely need to spend about $75 per person if you get at least 3 tapas per person and 2 drinks. I would say the experience was nice but wouldn't spend my money there again. There are many great restaurants in Philly not aimed at tourists.
Pros: proximity to everything in Old City
Cons: loud, tables crowed, boring tapas
