I agree with those people who gave negative reviews. There may be a better service consultant but the one I had was terrible. He didn't know much about the car. He couldn't answer my questions (which were easily answered by KUNI's service guy.) Later I heard that he was actually a manager - not a good sign. If that is not bad enough, my car was scratched after the service and they denied. I am very upset. I wish they treat customers cars more carefully.

Cons: they don't treat customers cars well - don't let them wash your car!
