Ordered an $8400 iron door, 8 month delay. No communication during 8 months except that initiated by me. I thought things might improve when owner took over the project and offered to install door in "2-3" days. Am now sitting on 8th day since installation began. I have no glass, only a boarded up shell of a door. No one calls to inform us of the days installation plans or schedule. Again, no communication! Would think glass would be made when door arrived from factory. Plenty of lip service from this company. Buyer beware! I realize this is a negative review, but this is an honest account of my experience with this company.
