I had a facial appointment on a Saturday morning and when I arrived the doors were locked and there were a lot of other customers waiting outside in the rain as well. We waited for 30 minutes past the time of our appointments. Finally the doors opened and we were let inside with no appologies. I waited an additional 20 minutes inside before I was taken back to get changed for my facial. As I received my facial my esthetician told me the receptionists did not show up for work because they were out drinking the night before. I thought that was pretty unprofessional to devulge that information to a client. When I checked out I was not given any appologies or offered anything for the inconvenience. I was hoping the owner would call me later and appologize for the situation so I could feel comfortable about returning. That never happened. I had always been a loyal customer and used to see the old owner Traci for my skin. She was always helpful and professional. I know this would have never happened if she was still the owner. I think I will find her to do my skin from now on.
