They were very nice, but comletely incompetent. I was told they would insure my boat, I even sent in payment, but I never received proof of insurance. They told me I would receive insurance declaration 2 weeks later, but after I noticed my check hadn't been cashed, I called. He was going to "check into it." After several phone calls to them, they tell me they won't insure it for a reason they should have known about in the beginning. Poor follow up, not knowledgeable. Go somewhere else.
