my husband has run out of his heart medication. unfortunately, the mail-order has just sent the pills today, which will take 7 days to arrive. when I called the pharmacy at 6:20pm, the only solution given to me was that they could fax his MD. I explained that the fax will sit in the fax machine until tomorrow morning., thereby being of no benefit for my husbands need for his medication NOW. What ever happened to "the pharmacy of your using was there to help when you needed it!!" This is not the first time I have experienced poor user friendly service from this pharmacy. I will be using Fred Meyer from now on, beware folks, choose your pharmacy wisely. more
