There are a wide number of problems I had with this business. When I first called to schedule an appointment they said it would take 2 hours to groom my dog despite the fact he had a very thick fur coat. When I arrived the facility look very disgusting and did not have the right accommodations for my 135 lbs collie dog. For example, the biggest cage they had to put him in was only big enough for a beagle to crouch in comfortably and the whole business itself was even smaller! There was only enough room in that place for me, my dog, and the groomer. But that obviously didn't register with the groomer seeing how she had her 2 grown daughters, her son, sister, two grand kids (who were only about 4 + 2 yrs), and about 5 other small dogs. She also mentioned that it would now take 3 hours to groom my dog. Though I was a little upset I let it go. I came back 2 hours later to check on my dog to make sure he was alright.
