I would just like to say that I will never eat at this place again in my life and recommend that you don't eat there either as I have told my friends and family about the awful service that the Crab Quarters gave to me and my family, unless you are white that is what I said white as all the other customers in the Crab Quarters was at the time we were there the fact we were the only ones of color in the place and we had to ask for everything, napkins, bucket for the crabs, silverware, we were never offered any refills on drinks except for one waitress did offer my aunt one but not the rest of us. We order a doz of crabs they brought us 11 and had to remind the waitress twice about the missing crab but the real issue is when the waitress spilled coke all over my white pants and all she could say was sorry can I get you a coke on the house? What? Please send the manger over, well Sabrina the so called manger said she was sorry and she would pay for my pants and I told her that the cleaners would not be able to get the coke out and ask for the owner?s business card. I called the owner Jim Myrick on Monday May 14,2007 and told him about the issue at hand and would like by pants replaced he put me on hold for 10 mins came back on the phone and yelled at me that I was compensated by taking the stakes off our bill I said No Sir we ask them to take the stakes off because the were too tough he yelled at me there was nothing wrong with the stakes and go wash your pants and hung up on me, so I called back and his hostess said Jim phone he yelled I don?t want to talk to her and they hung up on me again. I?m not sure how this place stays in business with this kind of owner but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please keep in mind that the owner Mr. Myrick was not on the premises when this happen so how can you tell me that there is nothing wrong with the stake?
