I love this practice!\r

We have five (yes, 5) pets - 2 dogs and 3 cats. Unfortunately, 2 of our pets are problem children. One cat had problems with a UTI and a pulled muscle in her back. They treated her aggressively so she was not in pain. \r

One of our dogs had petellar luxation. I must admit I'm a sap about my animals. We talked about our options, what they would mean for her long-term and when I thought of some of the options, I started to cry. We had opted for surgery (through my crying mess). Even with that, a week after the initial diagnosis appointment, Dr. Bailey called me just to see if I was okay. He also spent tons of time talking about the options, his experience with doing the operation, he gladly gave me references and took the time to listen and respond when needed. Dr. Bailey operated on her and did a wonderful job - she was even putting pressure on it the day after surgery. I appreciated not only the way they handled my dog during the surgery but their kind words, their attentiveness and their concern during the whole surgery process. It's been more than 3 years since her surgery and she is stronger than ever!\r

The office staff also are incredible with animals. You can tell they really care about animals and treat them like they would their own. They understand that pets are part of the family and they treat them with kindness.
Pros: great docs, great staff, ample parking
