I have been looking for the perfect pair of glasses for over a year with no luck. After visiting a number of optical shops on Newbury St. without any success, I happened to walk by Robert Marc. I didn't see the store on my other visits to Newbury St., but there was an interesting and colorful window display that caught my eye. Seeing as how this store is located on the most expensive block on newbury, I was hesitant to go in but I'm glad iIdid. There were three associates working and as i entered the store I instantly knew I had come to the right place. The store is exceptionally clean and well organized. the frames are reasonably price, considering the quality handmade frames and very cool styles. My glasses were ready in about 5 days and they called right away to let me know they were ready. There is something for everybody here, and the staff is all there to help make picking glasses a fun experience. I spent a little more than i would have at some local chains, but the service can't be beat and I have never gotten more compliments on my glasses than i do know. I didn't feel pressured to buy and I and I'm always treated the same friendly way, whether I'm buying glasses or just in for and adjustment. I'll never go anywhere else.
