I have taken my very good cleaning to Crystal Cleaning Center Twice now, and I will not be returning. Both times they gave me not truthful excuses why I had to wait almost 25 minutes the first time, today the same excuse, I asked the clerk what she was doing with my sweater she said she was debilitating it. She had told me when I came to get them, they only had to be bagged. The price was outrageous. I was quite upset when I got home and opened the bags they were not cleaned and they-were stretched out of shaped. I then looked at my Jacket I had cleaned previously by Crystal Cleaning Center, and found the that it also was some what stretched out of shape. I believe this was done because of its cleaning done by an unprofessional while I was waiting both times. I have taken my cleaning to a one hour cleaners in Burlingame, and have never been dissatisfied. Beyond disappointed
