My puppy had a hip displacement and needed surgery, they said she was probably in a lot of pain and the only way to fix it was surgery $1000 I said yes, I loved my puppy of 5 months, she was 8 months now so I thought it would be okay, she died, They just said sorry, it was their mistake and it was No big deal, they blamed it on me and said I rushed the surgery. I asked lots of questions and well I A NOT A VETENARIAN,they killed her and I have no puppy anymore and Petland was not sorry either, I will never buy another thing at PETLAND or ever suggest VCA backmountain animal hospital in Henderson NV they are really the one to blame get the word out before another person has to suffer on losing a loved animal of the family. They rush they try to take too much on and make money.
