I ordered flowers through 1800flowers.com to be delivered to my mother and grandmother in Kerrville. The local florist they used was The Rose Shop. My order was placed on Tuesday to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day, which I would consider ample notice. The flowers never arrived. I know Mother's Day is probably one of their busiest times of the year, so I would have understood if they had called and asked for some flexibility with the delivery, but neither I nor the recipient received any calls with any questions or explanations. I will use local florists from now on, but I will never use the Rose Shop.
