In my opinion, a business needs at least 2 key qualities to be successful: 1) Expertise in whatever it is they do and, 2) Provide value to the customer. Coyote has achieved the former. The staff are very competent, and the customer service is good too. In my mind, however, the latter (#2) is questionable. I've taken my car to Coyote over the last 4 years or so. My gut instinct tells me that what I've received was overpriced. Whether the costs were truly justified, I'm not sure. I'm not a mechanic, not mechanically inclined and don't know any mechanics (unfortunately). The bottom line is that I've walked away (several times now) with the feeling that I did not receive value. I do, however, believe they do repairs correctly, and that is why I have returned. Regardless, the perceived lack of value is an unfavorable perception for a customer to have. I feel I've given them enough opportunities. Next time, I am going somewhere else.
