My family has used them for 20+ years, even though they are very expensive. I have had 2 dogs with epilepsy, both were treated there and both died within a short period of time. My last dog was on a combo of medicines to stop seizures..and could not walk! The vet never asked for me to bring her in, and eventually told me to stop the phenobarb cold turkey. I did so, and found out later on that you should NEVER do that..as it can lead to cluster seizures and death...and that is exactly what happened. Tons of $'s, no help, and my dog died. And after 20+ years of business, you'd think they would bill me or take payments...right? WRONG. All the loyalty I had shown, and they were unwilling to help so I could afford better treatment/tests and pay a little at a time. Guess what, we have changed vets, are very happy now. All I got was money spent that did no good and a sympathy card.
