I drive a 10 year old Lincoln Continental with excess of 150,000 miles on it, so I've seen my share of service shops. At other shops I tried in the area, I consistently felt out of touch with what was actually going on with my car, and the shops always acted too busy to care to explain things to me. Kevin at Hollenshades was patient in talking through things, didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed, and gave me all the time I needed to evaluate my situation, faxed an itemized estimate for all the necessary repairs, and when I gave them the go to start repairs, they had it finished within a day. They were very efficient without rushing me. My car has been running great since they worked on it. \r
Above and beyond- When I gave them my keys, the battery in my remote keyless entry unit was dead. Without asking me about it, or charging me for it, they popped in a new battery. I know- probably cost negligible, but not required or even expected.\r
