I once worked at a Banfied. They do amazing care for pets, but the company does not care about its employees. If employees are not treated well, how can you as a client expect to be treated well. I do believe they are over priced and wouldn't recomend them to anyone, unless you think you can afford them. As far as care for the pet is great, but the company does not have a way to communicate well with each other, which was very frustarating for the client as well as the team. I would think about going and checking other places out first.
