This apartment might look good at first glance. But in fact, after you move in and pay over $900 rent every month, you will see how bad the living experiences are! \r

During my 8 months in Park Ridge Commons, life is like in HELL! \r
The noise is the largest issue of living here! You can hear any noise your neighbors make: talk, laugh,music, tv,cooking, and everthing! Especially when you live on the first floor. You will not go to sleep until every body around you falls asleep... The noise will even make you feel nervous all the time! As far as I know, there is even a fight between two neighbors because of the noise recently.\r

Also, safety is another issue! I saw over 10 neighbors(who live on Embassy ln)' cars damaged maliciously during mid-night. The cars have been doodled or painted or keyed! The insurance may not cover everything. I know there is a family who paid $500 for cleaning their car! What a misery!\r

The worst thing is the staff of the commons management level. When you complain about noise, or ask them to satisfy your need, you will feel so angry, because they are so rude and impolite to you. They even say the noise is none of their business, and ask us to call the police!\r

I swear the GOD that I didn't make these up. Every word I said here is true!\r
Just want to release my dissatisfaction and anger here. Don't feel regretful after you move in to here.\r
Geez, I have another half year of renting.
