Once they have your money, they forget about you. I bought an inground pool and a spa from Caribbean Pools, had the following problems:\r --workers not showing up to complete the job \r --workers screaming at other workers I had at my house challenging them to fight, very unprofessional\r -- problems not addressed in a timely manner or acurately, water level was going down fast, I was told it was water evaporating because it was hot, turns out the pipes were busted when they back-filled the pool\r --spa was defective, store refused to take it back and couldn't figure out how to fix the problem for 1 year, when that was fixed another problem surfaced (spa turns off on it's own), did not fix this which cause the hot tub to freeze in the summer, Caribbean Pool's will not fix this eventhough they acknowledge this hot tub was defective from day 1, they told me it's my fault for not checking it every day. What a waste of $5200,had the spa 2 years, it worked a total of maybe 3 months.\r --nobody will ever return your phone call or address any of your issues, they ignore you in the hopes that you'll go away.\r --very quick to collect their payments but do not deliver ANY satisfactory customer service. Pros: reaonable prices, eventhough Kim quoted my one price and Dean said it was too low Cons: spa doesn't work, unprofessional, unreliable more
