CrossFit is by far the BEST FITNESS program I've ever done. It is the best way to develop all around, functional fitness that will benefit you no matter what you do. If you are a police officer, firefighter, etc. this type of fitness is essential for your job. However, the trainers at CrossFit Boston make the workout scaleable so anyone can get on the road to great health. After only a few months, I'm seeing benefits in my health and fitness across the board. The trainers at CrossFit have been wonderful as well. They really care about moving you towards your fitness goals, and provide really thorough and individualized instruction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this program to anyone. Do yourself a favor and just check it out!
