I have taken my Doberman to Club K-9 once a week since we moved to the Centerville area. The daycare is in a convenient location and the staff is wonderful. It is amazing to me that despite the many different staff members that work there, they ALL know me and my dog! When I walk in to pick him up, they see me and immediately know which dog belongs to me. When I drop my dog off in the morning, they call him by name and he is so excited to be let in. That's how I know they take great care of him during the day while I'm working...dogs don't lie! Also, they have webcams available so you can see what your dog is doing and who he's playing with. The owner, Christina, is wonderful with dogs and always seems to notice the slightest change in behavior with them. She, too, knows all of the dogs and owners. Christina is friendly, easy-to-talk-to, hard-working and a genuinely kind person. She and her staff truly work hard to make our pets feel like Club K-9 is their home away from home.
Pros: service, safety, price/rates, location, friendliness of staff, facilities are clean and well-kept, basically EVERYTHING
