I had been taking my car to the guys at Lawrence & Ashland auto shop. They gave me a $1000 estimate for some work and when I said I had to think about it they offered by a 20% discount, which creeped me out instead of making me want to get the work done there.\r

My aunt recommended Lincoln Square Auto after reading about them on Emily's List. I stupidly told them of the $1000 estimate from the other place but they still only charged me $130 to fix my car!\r

Carmello was really great, taking the time to explain the problems with my car.and drawing diagrams of the parts when it was clear I had no clue what he was talking about.\r

BTW - this is my very first review -- I joined Citysearch just so I could give these guys a good review. They deserve it and you deserve to go somewhere fair and honest.
Pros: Honest, good prices
Cons: Not the fastest service.
