The customer service here is terrible. I was rushed when trying on pants, so ultimately the pants I got shortened weren't done the way I expected. They did not take the time to properly take measurements or even straighten out the folds while pinning. Therefore the length I expected for each pair of pants ended up shorter or longer than ideal. I will not go back to Express Alterations.
Pros: hemming jeans is a dollar less than most places ($9)
Cons: they barely talk to you or take the time to figure out what you really need
