The Haskell Avenue location of Ross Dress for Less is the worst in the city. The store is filthy and hot. Nothing is organized by size. The dressing rooms are like dog kennels. Checkout lines are long and slow (average wait on a Saturday could be a half hour and there's no express line). Even the parking lot is awful, full of panhandlers and people just standing around looking scary. Avoid this site if you're shopping for bargains.
