I was charged $52 in labor for them to ""diagnosis"" a problem with my car and was never told there would be a ""diagnosis Fee."" I tried to speak with my service representative and he told me I signed for it and walked away as I was trying to speak with him. I will NEVER have anything to do with this company again.
Pros: nothing good
Cons: everything was horrible
