I received extremely poor services. Bay country Floors have big prices with bad workmanship and poor quality of goods. They installed flooring that looks 5 years old. There are scratches and chips in the wood along with glue spots all over the floor. This store has ignored my complaints as well as an inquiry from the Better Business Bureau. The installers damaged my personal property while in my home with no offer of compensation. This store does not live up to it's motto.
