Ive been there a couple times and the pho is garbage compared to rest of the pho restaurants in washington. First of all, they are overpriced. Second, the service horrible. \r

I went there yesterday and had the worst experience in a restaurant. When the soup came, it was luke warm and i can tell that the meat on top wasnt cooked from the soup. How can a luke warm soup cook the meat??? That can only tell you two things, they cooked the meat somewhere else or microwaved it. Then i looked at the soup, it was cloudy and had no flavor. This can only tell you one thing about it, THEY RUSHED THE SOUP MAKING PROCESS. \r

I told my server my pho wasnt hot, didnt even apologize and took away my pho. After 6 minutes of waiting he finally brough my pho back and it was my original one. HE MICROWAVED MY PHO!!! If i wanted microwave food, I would go to a super market and buy myself a tv dinner. Not only that, my girlfriend already finished her food. I paid for my food but left no tip. \r

I would never go back there again and i suggest whomever is reading this to not go to I love pho. There are many other Great pho restaurant in the eastside. Try Pho hoa, Pho tai, than brothers and pho bac.
