I called to have an old TV picked up at 11am - at 11:20 the truck came by and the old TV was gone. The driver (Lou?) was courteous and let me know all the other e-waste items he collected. \r

No fuss, no muss, no charge. It couldn't have been easier. Of course, it was just luck that I called when he was already nearby, so don't always expect a pickup in 20 minutes. Still, I am very impressed. I'm sure I'll call again.
