I went to Nicole's in need of a specific gown for a wedding. The first time I went to the store, the sales rep was unable to take my measurements and had me try on several different Mori Lee dresses to find my size. When I went back to pick up my dress - it didn't fit. There was a large gap in the back and when the sales rep saw this made a shocked noise but didn't say that alterations would help. While I was trying on the dress, it was very challenging to get any kind of service or attention from the sales rep (who I also believe was the store owner). She kept going back and forth between customers not really helping anyone. I was shocked to receive a dress which I paid over $150 for which was not pressed in a clear bag which was ripped down the side. I would NOT recommend this store to others and would caution you to NOT depend on quality service or assistance from any sales staff. If possible - avoid this shop. more
