I went to a few different mortgage companies and banks before I found the best one. Residential Mortgage Center gave me the best rate and fees than the other. We closed in about 3 weeks and they helped me every step of the way. The best surprise was a few days before closing they called to set up the time and said my rate was lower than what they had told me. I would reccomend this company to everyone. My loan officer was Charlotte Ballew and the office # is 828-652-7400. The company has several locations and I am sure they are all good but the Marion branch was a great help to me. The other banks and mortgage company was not a nice or helpful in the way Charlotte was.
