We decided to have our wedding reception at Villa Christina at Perimeter Summit and Lauren was in charge of the wedding. She was very friendly and helpful up until the day we completed the payment for the event. After that, it was imposible to contact her. Initial agreement was that she will be present at the wedding to make sure everything is up to our agreement. We arrived on the day of the wedding to find out that she already left and had somebody else in charge, a person we never met and had no information about what we agreed with Lauren. Everything was a fiasco, we were supposed to have the bridal room on the top floor, she promised us a room where the bride and bridesmaids can get dressed and have the bride come down the beautiful stairs, which would have made a great entrance. Without being informed, the bridal room was moved to the groun floor, in a room full of windows, no privacy. I, as the bride, had to get dressed in the restroom, an area completely inapropiate for the importance of that day. We felt used, as soon as she colected the payment from us, no customer service was provided. Also we agreed on a payment program, having to pey 50% before the wedding and the other 50% on the day of the wedding, but she decided to change this also and sent us a disrespectful letter 2 days before the wedding, saying that we either pay her immediately or the contract is null and we will have to find a different place for our event. I work in customer service bussiness and this is not a proper way of handling a situation like this. The place is beautiful but the customer service is inexistent. We will not recomend this place in the future and I will never stop regreting my choice to have the wedding at a place with such poor management.
