Tommy's provided the trailer on time and the trailer was great. Tommy worked with us when the axles were undersized for the load. The trouble came when we went to trailer the unit across country; it had electrical problems. It turned out that the truck connector they installed had been wired wrong and the trailer had 3 shorts in the wiring. The wires for the rear lights had been run directly above the springs for the axles so that when the axles flexed, it crushed the wiring channel and shorted the system. There were also two shorts where wires had been wedged through the trailer frame. It took several hundred dollars to correct the problems and rerun the wires. Tommy said it was our fault and didn't offer to pay the cost to correct the problems. Very dissappointing. Not recommended for commercial work where a 24 volt diesel or 3 wire system are used.
Pros: Good Price, Good Delivery
Cons: Bad Workmanship on the wiring, Poor electrical expertise by staff
