I have been with this facility for several years. I have seen it change names, staff changes, remodels and improvements. I am now considering another facility. The customer service at this location has become very poor. As an elderly gentleman I see the younger generation being treated differently than I am treated. Really it is discrimination, but it seems that the female staff just would rather flirt with the younger fellows then help out a regular old guy.
