I cannot believe the experience we had. We walked in BEFORE closing. The guy in there said that we only had 5 minutes left so that we can pick a couple from the list but could not do the regular tasting because he wanted to go home! I heard from others in the local wineries about his guy, but we still went. I guess his reputation has caught up with him since the wine industy people know about his poor customer service. I mean, people are warned about this guy at the Viticulture Center full of winery folks. I cannot remember his name but he has been working in the tasting room for awhile- at least over a year. We know this because we've been in there when they often have new people working and he seems to be the only consistent one there for awhile. Although we're not sure why. Also, wine club members/former have also noticed his behavior. I guess that's why they canceled. Actually we will be too now that he treated us so rudely. It wasn't only what he said but the way he said it. My parents and my best friend also are locals in the wine industry. I told them what he did and they will also be canceling. There IS etiquette, which he has NONE.
Pros: Not much
Cons: The customer service
